For residential projects we need:

• Floor plan
• Exterior elevation views
• Orientation of house (north arrow) 
• Window & door schedules (unless indicated on floor plan)
• Heating and cooling equipment type
• Hot water system type
• Project address
• Project designer's name, address, and phone (can be the owner)

 For non-residential/commercial projects we need:

• Floor plan
• Exterior elevation views
• Section views
• Orientation of building (north arrow)  
• Window & door schedules (unless indicated on floor plan)
• Mechanical plan (for HVAC calculations)
• Lighting plan (for lighting calculations)
• Project address
• Project designer's name, address, and phone

Your drawings can be sent to us by e-mail.  Simply attach your drawings to your e-mail and send to service@title24express.com. The best format to send is PDF. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after your drawings are received to confirm our fee and turnaround time.
