The following pricing applies to residential new construction, remodels, and additions:

 

Up to 500 sq. ft. - $95.00

501-1000 sq. ft. - $135.00

1001-1500 sq. ft. - $165.00

1501-2500 sq. ft. - $180.00

2501-3500 sq. ft. - $195.00

3501-4500 sq. ft. - $210.00

 

Homes larger than 4500 sq. ft. will be slightly higher. Homes with unusual design features may be slightly higher. Please call (888) 828-9488 or send us an e-mail to get a quote. Commercial projects can require envelope, mechanical, and lighting calculations depending on the scope of the project. Please call (888) 828-9488 or send us an e-mail with your drawings attached, or a description of your project. A certified Title 24 energy consultant will respond to you immediately with commercial Title 24 requirements and pricing.
